Dan assisted myself and my family when we were forced to move in a very short time frame because my previous landlord on the house we were renting decided to sell it during the height of the real estate market in the summer of 2021. Given a short time frame and also having two kids, Dan devoted extra time to our search showing myself (and many times my kids) what was available on the market (both rentals and houses for sale). We were able to make the landlord's demands and moved on time in the summer of 2021. I appreciated Dan's professionalism as well as his willingness to go the extra mile and I will definitely be working with him again in the future.
