I had a fantastic experience working with Cory and Ian. They are professional, thorough, and efficient. I was living two hours away but Cory and Ian handled everything. They have contacts for every type of professional service you may need to prepare a house for sale. My house sold in a matter of days for more than asking and substantially more than I had expected.

Cory & Ian are the BEST realtors you could ever have. They are extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, fair, kind, and so much more. Truly flawless from start to finish. Highly recommend being part of their community and using them if buying or selling!!!!

Cory and Ian are unique real estate professionals, because they are able to manage complicated repairs and renovations within a reasonable budget. Ian was in regular communication keeping me in the loop for everything, which I found very reassuring. I could not have sold my house without them.

Cory & Ian were an absolute pleasure to work with. Their organization, market knowledge and pricing strategy are second to none. Highly, highly recommend them for anyone considering selling their home.

Selling my home (solo) was a big project that transformed from intimidating to exciting because of the support, organization and ‘always-there’ help of Cory and Ian.Their established experience and confident energy was an enormous comfort to me. They explained everything clearly, were patient with my many questions, and have a team of professionals that seamlessly brought everything together. I’m enduringly grateful to Cory and Ian!

Cory and Ian are a wonderful team who I trust implicitly. They are kind, caring, and did an amazing job selling our house. Highly recommend.

We cannot recommend Ian and Cory highly enough. From the very beginning, they were incredibly proactive, thoughtful, and deeply on top of every logistical aspect of buying our home in Sebastopol. They helped us quickly see and evaluate the house, guided us through making a strong and timely offer, and stayed closely engaged with every important detail throughout the entire transaction. Their attention to detail was exceptional, and we felt so well cared for at every step of what can otherwise be a stressful and complex process. What truly set Ian and Cory apart, though, was the care and genuine connection they brought to the experience. It was clear from the start that helping us buy a home was more than just a transaction or a service to them. They were truly invested in us as a family and in supporting a smooth, grounded transition into this next chapter of our lives. Even after the sale closed, their support didn’t stop. As we settled into our new home and into the Sebastopol community more broadly, Ian and Cory continued to show up—connecting us with local services, trusted vendors, and people we needed as we got ourselves set up. That ongoing generosity and sense of partnership meant so much to us. Ian and Cory are incredibly kind, thoughtful, and detail-oriented real estate agents, and truly wonderful humans to work with. We are deeply grateful for their guidance and partnership and would recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in Sebastopol or throughout West County.

Cory and Ian are a superb team of realtors! They expertly handled a complex sale for my family that included navigating two trusts (within one large land parcel) and all communication with four siblings throughout the whole process. In addition, they went over and above in updating/refreshing our house and barn for sale without spending too much on these recommended improvements; they even coordinated the work with various service people! After interviewing several realtors for the sale of our property, Cory and Ian easily rose to the top because of their ability to understand the value aspects of our listing and how to best position it in the current marketplace. In addition, Cory and Ian were personable, responsive, and thorough as they moved us from listing to the final sale. I’d highly recommend this realtor team!
