Working with Cheryl has been nothing less than perfect! She made the whole selling process extremely easy & stress free. She is very organized & knowledgeable. She provided us printed books/folders with a ton of information that she went over with us at our first meeting, helping us find the right price to sell our house & having all the paperwork we would need for the whole sale. She had professional pictures taken of our house & did a great job getting it out there. Her communication was impeccable & we heard from her everyday with updates. Despite high interest rates our house sold in 6 days! Would 10/10 recommend her for buying/selling your home!
