We worked with Caleb to purchase a home in the Gulf Breeze area. Admittedly, we are extremely picky in the real estate process and prefer to see homes in person in order to make decisions. Lastly, Caleb performed the walk-through of all the homes we were interested in and helped us identify potential issues while doing walk-throughs. Plus, the recommendations he made for lender, pest control, and inspector were rock solid. I began working with Caleb after an inquiry into a vacation investment property in December of 22. My time and knowledge were limited due to living out of state. Caleb was great to with. He would send pics and video walk throughs, speak with HOA, and his knowledge in regard to the best areas to buy as well as city and state laws was a big value.
