We worked with Caleb to purchase a home in the Gulf Breeze area. Admittedly, we are extremely picky in the real estate process and prefer to see homes in person in order to make decisions. This does not do well for real estate agents that want quick transactions. Fortunately, we found Caleb. He was immediately available and informative, without applying any pressure to find a home quickly. We pivoted many times with our needs vs wants and wishlist. However, Caleb remained patient and flexible throughout the entire process. We were also extremely impressed with how Caleb managed communications between the lender and title company, even when we decided to back out of a deal during the inspection period. Lastly, Caleb performed the walk-through of all the homes we were interested in and helped us identify potential issues while doing walk-throughs. Plus, the recommendations he made for lender, pest control, and inspector were rock solid. Bottom line, Caleb helped us find the perfect home for us and our interactions with Caleb made us feel like we were his number 1 priority. Highly recommend Caleb!
