Brian lives in the same community as us. He was the realtor of our neighbour who sold about 2 years ago and had amazing success (sold immediately and for asking price/above). We were considering listing our house and had an idea about what it's market value would be. I informally approached Brian one night to ask about his thoughts on the value should we list.
