Brian lives in the same community as us. He was the realtor of our neighbour who sold about 2 years ago and had amazing success (sold immediately and for asking price/above). We were considering listing our house and had an idea about what it's market value would be. I informally approached Brian one night to ask about his thoughts on the value should we list. His knowledge of the market, including recent sales in the area, gave us a better idea about what we would be asking for our house (higher than our expectation). He gave us some great feedback on prepping for the showings, and we sold in about 12 days and were happy with the closing price. Wouldn't hesitate for a minute to recommend Brian to others who are looking for a sound realtor.
