We recently sold our home in Wilmington & moved to Clemmons NC with the help of our Realtor, Bobby Brandon of Intracoastal Realty. If you want a total professional agent, Bobby is the guy for you! He is courteous, honest, friendly and is willing to go the extra mile to help all of his customers! He has years of experience selling homes, so you can trust his knowledge. And he is always up to date on the market. We cannot say enough good things, so call and ask for him whenever you consider buying or selling your home. You won't be disappointed. Thanks again Bobby for making this process so much easier! Sincerely, Don & Jan Morgan

Great experience. Always professional and friendly with all parties. 4th sale with Bobby since 2017. This man can sell !!

My husband and I were referred to Bobby by a friend and fellow realtor. We were searching for the perfect beach property and had our sights set on Ocean Isle Beach. We found a beautiful home that had just gone on the market and we wanted to make sure to see it before someone else snatched it up. We called Bobby on a Sunday afternoon and he met us the very next morning! Bobby is the ultimate realtor. He knows beach property like no one else and showed us several other properties including the one we loved and saw first. Bobby is a master negotiator as well and got our offer in pronto. And the seller accepted our offer! Bobby saw to it that the inspections were thorough and swift and that any repairs were done on time. He also helped us find contractors, movers and anyone else we needed. Bobby led us through the closing & handed us the keys! Through it all Bobby would stop by or call to say hi. He started as a realtor and now he’s a friend! We highly recommend Bobby!

From the moment we first met Bobby we felt as though we had a true advocate looking out for our best interest. Bobby wanted to ensure we were thrilled with our choice of home and wanted to make the process as easy as possible. He did that and more!

Bobby Brandon and his team are #1 in real estate. They are simply the best that you can work with in my opinion! Excellent team from photos, to promotion, to professionalism, to correct pricing, etc. I highly recommend them.

It’s always a pleasure working with Bobby. He was a tremendous help in getting my townhome sold. He crosses all the Ts and dots all the Is. Thanks Bobby for all your help. I just got the gift card and thanks for that too.

I have had the pleasure of working with Bobby Brandon for over 25 years, and I can confidently say that his dedication to his clients' interests is truly unparalleled. Allow me to give a objective example. We have bought and sold a few properties over the years with Bobby using the traditional realtor commission model and we were planning to do the same when selling our current home. We unexpectedly received an offer before we even put it on the market. Regardless he selflessly offered to assist with the transaction. As I have never done a For Sale By Owner transaction, I was quite anxious about it. But Bobby was there for us the entire time and we navigated the process successfully. Thank you Bobby. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dedicated and trustworthy real estate professional.

Bobby was great from start to finish. I was an "out of town" seller and he took care of everything. He collected the correct comps and gave me solid pricing advice. I would highly recommend him to anyone trying to sell their house.

Bobby Brandon is an incredible gentleman who is so knowledgeable about the real estate market and all that is involved in buying and selling a home. I have just completed both transactions with him and he was meticulous with every detail always communicating with me about everything. He is awesome!!!

Bobby B is a fantastic realtor ! Let me qualify this by saying that he knows the market, can give you an accurate assessment of your property and the price that it is likely to bring, as well as the skill of listening to his clients concerns and opinions. He takes care of everything including checking on your property to make sure that it is closed up properly at the end of the day. I live out of town and he gave me the piece of mind that I needed to have because I could not be in Wilmington. Thank you Bobby B for making my life easier! I absolutely recommend becoming one of his clients!
