My husband and I were referred to Bobby by a friend and fellow realtor. We were searching for the perfect beach property and had our sights set on Ocean Isle Beach. We found a beautiful home that had just gone on the market and we wanted to make sure to see it before someone else snatched it up. We called Bobby on a Sunday afternoon and he met us the very next morning! Bobby is the ultimate realtor. He knows beach property like no one else and showed us several other properties including the one we loved and saw first. Bobby is a master negotiator as well and got our offer in pronto. And the seller accepted our offer! Bobby saw to it that the inspections were thorough and swift and that any repairs were done on time. He also helped us find contractors, movers and anyone else we needed. Bobby led us through the closing & handed us the keys! Through it all Bobby would stop by or call to say hi. He started as a realtor and now he’s a friend! We highly recommend Bobby!
