The whole experience of looking at houses with Beverly Figg was a lot of fun. I admired her professionalism and expertise. I didn't know what I should look at in houses or really how to assess what I was seeing. So Beverly was a huge, huge help. The house that I bought, I was initially ready to walk away from it, but Beverly suggested it was worth more consideration. And so it was! She took every part of my search seriously, lining up someone to look over the dock to see what work it might need, foreseeing some projects I might want to undertake down the road.
