Beverly did an amazing job providing feedback on selling my Mom’s home (which needed some work). She got repair estimates and provided all options for repairs prior to putting the house on the market. The house was marketed and staged well. Beverly was helpful with selecting the best offer for the home and when some repairs were needed after the inspection , Beverly coordinated and got things done. She is awesome!
