Beth was my agent when I bought this house in 2013 so of course I used her again when it came time to sell in 2022. Not sure if she's better at listing or buying but either way you will not be disappointed. Five stars for sure. Beth Dennis has been great to work with over the last year or more. One thing that really stands out is the care she took in listening to everything I said. And not just nodding along listening, but really helping me sort through what I wanted in a home. I was a first time buyer and wasn't exactly sure about what I liked - we spent the better part of a year looking at houses before I finally figured out that what I wanted was a condo. During that time of looking at houses, she never once exerted any pressure on me. As a guide, she put me completely at ease. If I didn't like what I was seeing I was free to tell her so, and she was happy to have the information. She is knowledgable, but entirely up front when the answer wasn't readily at hand. Always professional, as well as consistently and authentically upbeat. She had a great sense of what was right for me when we did find it, and knew just how to be encouraging when it was time to go for it (as a first-time buyer, I was still pretty nervous). She seems to be really clued in to the real estate market and the community, and she knows where to find the houses that work with your budget and taste. I'm taking time out of the yard work that needs to be done thanks to Beth making me a homeowner, JUST so I can write a review on her. I'd stop whatever I was doing to write all the good things about Beth, but I'm afraid I'd write forever and never get things done around here! Beth was highly recommended to me by a co-worker and I later found out that many other co-worker/friends had also used her. As soon as we met for the first time, I was automatically comfortable and decided immediately that I wanted to work with her...even if I could have had more help with closing costs by using the lender's agents. She was extremely patient when I was back and forth on what I wanted, and even when I was back and forth on WHEN I wanted it! She was always within minutes of answering text messages at all hours of the day/night and was very responsive to my questions and concerns about the process. This was my first house so the whole process could have been very overwhelming to me, but she made it very easy and painless. I think I was probably pretty easy to work with, but I hear she deals with people at the other end of the spectrum and she does it without prejudice. I can't say enough good about her.
