Beth was my agent when I bought this house in 2013 so of course I used her again when it came time to sell in 2022. Not sure if she's better at listing or buying but either way you will not be disappointed. Five stars for sure. This time around she set a realistic timeline to get everything done (painting, fixes, yard stuff) fixing me up with people to do so if needed. She's super professional, freakishly organized & fun to work with too. Her stager gal did a great job & her handyman a true savant :) So it's a lot of work getting a house to market-- do yourself a favor & let Beth make it easier for you. I have referred many colleagues and friends to her since 2013 (both listing and buying) & have heard back only positive. If you need an agent, call Beth. YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT.
