Art is the best realtor I’ve ever had. I was in another state,i had listed my condo with a realtor for the previous 6 months. once listed with Art he oversaw the issues the previous realtor had neglected . I received an offer quickly.Art gave me above the Excellent rating in representation.

Some friends referred us to Art, and I'm glad they did. He did an excellent job. He was very knowledgeable regarding the areas we were searching, provided great feedback to our questions and concerns, provided sound advice, and was very deliberate and detailed. He helped guide us through all the steps necessary to close and made what is normally a hectic and stressful experience run smoothly.

Thanks, Art Gerspacher for a quick and professional sale of my property. Your company handled the closing and paperwork with ease. I would gladly recommend both to anyone looking for results. 😊

Art Gerspacher is a fantastic real estate agent. We informed him that we had been looking for a close to 3 years for the perfect home to fit our needs. He was more interested in helping us make the right purchase than he was of just making a sale like previous agents we had worked with. He took the time to really understand our needs and spent countless hours finding one that checked of all our must have boxes. I just can’t say enough about Art. The best of the best!

Art was a great partner to work with on selling the home he helped me buy almost a decade ago. He went above and beyond on getting the inspection and appraisal done in a quick manner as well as finding the right repairmen for the minor issues that were found. This was even more important than normal considering I was out of state and the pandemic happening right when the contract was signed.

Absolutely amazing! Art has been working with us for the past five years to buy two homes and sell one. He is not just a Realtor but a great friend that is always looking out for our best interest. Looking forward to continuing our house purchases with him his team.

We have been working with Art for several years, this was our 3rd transaction. As always Art has exceeded our expectations with professionalism and knowledge.
