Art was a great partner to work with on selling the home he helped me buy almost a decade ago. He went above and beyond on getting the inspection and appraisal done in a quick manner as well as finding the right repairmen for the minor issues that were found. This was even more important than normal considering I was out of state and the pandemic happening right when the contract was signed.
