We worked with Ariel for over 3 years to find the right property. She was extremely patient with us. We got close on a property on Sullivans Island but the timing just wasn’t right for us. We wrote a contract on a beach property on Isle of Palms that fell through due to flooding issues. We went through a good bit of due diligence on another in Wild Dunes that in the end just didn’t feel right given the price and level of finish work. We looked at a few others in Wild Dunes and Sullivan’s along the way. We ended up finding the perfect spot on John’s Island. Ariel always kept an eye out for us knowing what we were looking for as we changed our mind on location, price point and renovations needed — a few times.

During a difficult real estate market, Ariel helped us navigate through the stress and negotiations involved in selling our home of 25 years and finding the perfect new home. Along the way, she introduced us to inspectors, contractors, closing attorneys who came together to get us to the closing table twice. She was calm and reassuring when there was a small snafu (my fault) at the second closing. We cannot say enough good things about our experience with Ariel.
