We wrote a contract on a beach property on Isle of Palms that fell through due to flooding issues. We went through a good bit of due diligence on another in Wild Dunes that in the end just didn’t feel right given the price and level of finish work. We looked at a few others in Wild Dunes and Sullivan’s along the way. We ended up finding the perfect spot on John’s Island.
