Alyce was so wonderful to work with. She was extremely patient with us and helped us find the perfect home. We appreciated her time and effort putting up with so many different opinions and showing us multiple properties for over a year. I will be using her again in the future and highly recommend her to anyone looking for an honest and trustworthy realtor.
Our agent was very professional. She positioned our property in the best life for buyers by using stage marketing and all the great resources of Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Drysdale properties. We are very happy with the results and would use her again.
Agent Alyce was outstanding. She is professional, friendly & knowledgeable. We enjoyed working with her! The "back office" of BH was not so great. Documents for signatures were sent multiple times, flooding both my email & my husband's. Some of the paperwork/docs lacked consistency, seemed company logo was different, etc. Purchasing a home is incredibly stressful, please streamline your process to cut down on the stress. This is not an Agent issue, it is a Management, Back Office issue. Thank you.
