Agent Alyce was outstanding. She is professional, friendly & knowledgeable. We enjoyed working with her! The "back office" of BH was not so great. Documents for signatures were sent multiple times, flooding both my email & my husband's. Some of the paperwork/docs lacked consistency, seemed company logo was different, etc. Purchasing a home is incredibly stressful, please streamline your process to cut down on the stress. This is not an Agent issue, it is a Management, Back Office issue. Thank you.
