We truly could not have asked for a better agent to help us sell our home and buy our dream farm. Neither side of the process was simple, and Caitlin went above and beyond for us every step of the way. When buying the farm, she worked hard to negotiate the price down to a number we were comfortable with and helped us navigate all of the additional inspections, appointments and details that came with purchasing a property like this. She made calls on our behalf, scheduled appointments and even showed up when we couldn’t. She genuinely cared about helping us make this dream happen, and we always felt like she was in our corner. At the same time, she was helping us navigate the sale of our Ballwin home. When questionable inspection requests came up, she went to bat for us and made sure we weren’t being asked to take responsibility for things that weren’t actually required. For the repairs that did need to be handled, she helped make calls and coordinate plumbers, electricians and appointments, which took so much stress off our plate during an already crazy time. She truly went above and beyond from beginning to end, and we are so grateful for everything she did to get us here. We joke that we’ll never need her again because she helped us buy our dream land and we’re never moving 😂 — but if we ever did, there’s no question who we would call!
