My fiance and I were looking into purchasing a house. Without any real guidance we jumped into the brutal house market and thank goodness Alberto was there to help us navigate through all the necessary steps. Alberto often stayed at his office well past regular working hours, patiently assisting two indecisive young adults as we figured out the complexities of choosing the right type of home. The housing market at this time was extremely competitive and volatile and we were having a hard time getting our offers noticed. While most agents might prioritize what benefits them the most, Alberto consistently put our best interests first. If there is anything I’d tell any young couple it's that buying a house is scary, but when you have someone like Alberto to guide you and represent you, you don’t have to worry about anything except making sure you can last 3 hours signing documents at the very end.
