My fiance and I were looking into purchasing a house. Without any real guidance we jumped into the brutal house market and thank goodness Alberto was there to help us navigate through all the necessary steps. Alberto often stayed at his office well past regular working hours, patiently assisting two indecisive young adults as we figured out the complexities of choosing the right type of home. The housing market at this time was extremely competitive and volatile and we were having a hard time getting our offers noticed. While most agents might prioritize what benefits them the most, Alberto consistently put our best interests first. He would remind us that even if a home seemed perfect on the surface, it often required significant work and that there were smarter, more practical options available. We faced rejection from many homes, seven in total, but ultimately became the runner-up for the one we now own. When the initial offer fell through, Alberto stepped in and professionally pitched us, the buyers, to the seller’s agent and the rest is history.
What I learned the most from this intense experience is that you need the right team. We had an all star team from our Agent to the inspectors, appraisers, lenders, and attorneys. If there is anything I’d tell any young couple it's that buying a house is scary, but when you have someone like Alberto to guide you and represent you, you don’t have to worry about anything except making sure you can last 3 hours signing documents at the very end.
Thank you, Alberto, for taking all of our late-night calls, scheduling house visits with little notice, and having the patience of a saint in dealing with us. You are always welcome in nuestra casa. THANK YOU!
