As to the construction company run by Adrian, you will get top-notch work quality. He basically rebuilt one of the homes we purchased from the dirt floor, up to the roof. The home is literally HGTV quality. My wife and I cannot say enough good things about this dynamic-duo. They will take good care of you, so run (don't walk) to pick up the phone to have them buy, sell, or build your home for you.
