Wonderful experience working with Zita in the house buying process. She made sure to listen and answer questions I had, did not pressure me, but worked patiently with me to find the right house. Appreciated all the help with the smaller details and connecting me to people who could provide services for my house. Definitely a pleasure working with Zita and would recommend her.

Easy and not stressful

I can’t praise Zita Bowers enough. She is the best real estate agent, and I highly recommend her. Zita helped me and my family relocate from Texas. She is very patient, kind, and most importantly, resourceful about the market and areas. Buying a house was a great experience, and as stressless as possible. Thank you so much, Zita for everything!

Zita's professionalism is well appreciated, our experience is excellent! It helped with everything we didn’t understand or didn’t know about the continuously changing market. We can always count on her when we purchase an investment property. She educated us on the Florida real estate laws and kept us on the properties that could create value later on.

We will recommend Zita to everyone!
