Yvonne redefined my understanding and appreciation of a professional real estate agent. It is a difficult job if the agent is actively engaged with the client throughout the entire sale process. She is the consummate professional. We had a seven-month journey with Yvonne from introduction to closing of our transaction. Our initial meeting was more than a meet and greet… She took control, toured our house and outlined the steps necessary to sell it. She was very clear it was a process and there was effort required to prepare the house for listing. She committed that effort would be rewarded. She was right.
