Yvette Reid Will Work Hard for You I recently relocated from California to South New Jersey as a first-time homebuyer. Yvette Reid went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcome and found the right property for me. The whole process of closing a mortgage can be overwhelming and confusing. Yvette helped me navigate all the ups and downs from beginning to end, helping me better understand the many steps and requirements of home buying. I learned a lot from the experience, and strongly endorse Yvette Reid for anyone considering buying a home in South NJ.

Yvette was referred to me to list my property. During the walk-through and inspection, we both realized the property needed some updates before putting it on the market. She made some valuable suggestions that I agreed to but did not have the time to oversee the project. Yvette handled restoring the property very well. She is outstanding in how she gets things done! I would recommend her for any other jobs if she wants! All in all OUTSTANDING!

5 Star service from a 5 Star agent! Words cannot express how devoted Yvette was to the pursuit of first time ownership! The level of compassion, professionalism, knowledge and expertise in every nuance from beginning to end was a top tier experience. Every concern was met managed and mitigated to the utmost satisfaction. 10/10 would recommend Yvette for all your real estate needs.

Highly likely to recommend Yvette was there for me every step of the way. I have always wanted to own my own home. As a young person, real estate agents have always rubbed me the wrong way as they can sometimes be too pushy or impersonal. I had been renting for almost 6 years all the while dreaming of buying a place of my own but not doing so because I didn't know where to start and didn't trust any real estate agent to show me the way, though they tried. Then Yvette came along. She is so honest and open and TRULY CARES about her client. Within minutes of meeting her you can just feel that she is trustworthy. She never pushed me to pursue the home-buying process but she simply presented information that opened my eyes to the possibilities and I ended up seeking out her expertise. And she EXCEEDED all my expectations. The process for me was long and at times, frustrating, and towards the end I was ready to throw an offer at any old place but Yvette would not let me settle for less and I'm so thankful she looked out for me. She did not push me towards anything - she truly valued my happiness. She treated me like family and had my back through the ups and downs of the process. When making a decision as big as this, you should trust and value the opinion of your agent and you can't go wrong with Yvette. From answering my most simple questions in the beginning, to negotiations, to getting out-bid, to getting an offer accepted, all the way to the closing table Yvette always had my best interest at heart and she will do the same for you.

I would highly recommend Yvette. I was a new homeowner and she helped me so much. I was Yvette's first client, and she did an amazing job. Her mentor guided her and did a great job making my new life change as easy as possible. She treated me like family. Went over every detail. Truly went out of her way to make things happen. Honestly, I could not have chosen a better person, friend and realtor. I'm happy I went with Yvette and I would definitely use her again in the future. Carolina
