We worked with Susan during our search for an apartment in mid-2009. We found her very professional. She was patient, and she persevered and followed through on all details. In our case, we found an apartment in the same building where Susan lived, and she went out of her way to give us information that would help us move in and enjoy staying in the building. We would be happy to answer any questions you may have in this regard. We were very pleased with her handling of our search, and are confident in recommending her to you.

Ms. Susan Yusook Kim is an outstanding client-centered and committed professional. When buying an apartment in a new city, the process can be frustrating, overwhelming, and difficult. Working with Susan to go through the variety of options and make choices that suited our precise needs and situation was a tremendous opportunity, and a blessing. With her patience and knowledge of the trade and New York, she helped us navigate the often complex terrain and turned what could have been a nightmare of worries into an often pleasant and rewarding experience. Susan not just a broker, she is also a guide and an unobtrusive counselor. She has our highest recommendations.
