Young made my house hunting experience enjoyable. She listened to my specifications and feedback on properties, which saved a lot of time. I appreciated her efforts to preview home to ensure that they were suitable; she familiarized herself with the disclosures and was always responsive to my requests for further information. Here’s an example: I wanted to check that all permits associated with recent remodeling were finalized; she was so interested in the outcome that when I arrived at the building dept she was already there with the information I sought in hand. I was grateful for her efforts to ensure that my offer would be accepted over the competition, and it did. She also went the extra mile to facilitate closing of the sale, which might have been problematic since I had just tested positive for Covid. If you want a realtor to exceed expectations, go with Young.

Young Dvorin is elastic and fluid in applying her many talents and touches in bringing a home buying realty purchase to safe harbor and a satisfying outcome. She is easy going and also a total professional who weighs her words and advice with great care. It was a pleasure to work with Young Dvorin.

Personable, attentive, and thorough throughout transaction. Would gladly recommend Young for any future needs. Thanks

Young went beyond expectations throughout the selling process. She helped set an attractive price for the home and developed strategies that led to a quick sale at a sell price well above local averages. We had not sold a home in decades and were ill prepared to find movers, sell excess furniture and the like . Young always interpreted her role broadly, recommending such partners and overseeing them when we weren't available. We recommend her highly. Two thumbs up

It has been a wonderful and excellent experience working with her. She is the best. Strongly recommend.
