Xuhong is the most outstanding real estate agent I have met throughout my home-buying journey.
At the beginning of my search, I visited more than forty open houses on my own and met many different agents. I first met Xuhong when she represented a seller. Her thoughtful staging and patient, professional explanations impressed me deeply, and she stood out as the very best among all the agents I had encountered both online and in person. That is why I ultimately chose her to represent me as my buyer’s agent—without a doubt the best decision I made in my first home purchase.
During the entire home search, Xuhong was incredibly patient and dedicated. No matter how far the property was, even if it required driving over 1.5 hours one way, she never complained and always went out of her way to support me. When it came time to submit an offer, although our price was not the highest, the seller still chose us thanks to her expertise and communication skills. Even more impressively, during the contingency negotiation after the offer was accepted, she demonstrated exceptional negotiation strategies and successfully secured a significant credit for me. This was invaluable, especially at a point when I was close to losing patience.
In the end, Xuhong became more than just my agent—she also became a trusted friend who helped me start this new chapter of life smoothly. I wholeheartedly recommend Xuhong to anyone looking to buy a home in Irvine or the greater Los Angeles area. She will provide you with the same professionalism, dedication, and warmth that made my experience so positive.
