We are thrilled! We have been working with Xochitl for 19 years; she is excellent—she always seeks what is best for her clients and possesses a wealth of experience. It is a pleasure working with her; Shorewest has an outstanding member on its team. We are deeply grateful for her assistance with both the purchase of our current home and the sale of our first one.

I enjoyed working with Xochitl, I really felt a difference in the professionalism from other realtors when I called her initially. I closed on a condo within a reasonable month and a half timeframe, all around a smooth experience.

Working with Xochitl was a wonderful experience from start to finish. They were not only professional and knowledgeable, but also incredibly friendly and approachable. From the beginning, they truly listened to our must-haves and made sure to prioritize what mattered most to our family. What stood out most was how welcoming they were with our children—making them feel included and excited about the process. Finding a new home can be stressful, but Xochitl made it enjoyable and memorable for all of us. We are so grateful for their support and guidance!
