Excellent. William is a top notch professional. And, gets stuff done.

Will was an excellent choice as our listing agent. He was outstanding with communication and found three interested parties in one week! I strongly recommend Will to anyone buying, selling, or renting.

Will was easy to communicate with both in the process of deciding on the apartment and getting the lease together.

Will was fantastic at all points in the process. He promptly replied to all messages and was incredibly helpful in keeping me informed of progress. I would recommend Will to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

William was very knowledgeable, quick to respond, and overall great!

William Kelly is of the highest standard if professionalism and a pleasure with whom to work.

It was a great experience and Will was very helpful.

Will did a nice job communicating updates concerning our rental application and lease signing and also worked hard to accommodate move in date requirements we had.

William was fantastic, would highly recommend him! William was extremely knowledgeable in not only the renting/buying process, but the area as well. He patiently and clearly answered my many questions. He was also very responsive and made the process of renting an apartment a breeze.

We were referred to Will by a friend after having a poor experience with other realtors in the area, and he has been an absolute pleasure to work with. He is so knowledgeable, quick to respond, and truly vouched for us when it came to finding the apartment that would work best for us. I will be recommending him to family and friends in the future!
