I know she is obligated to give me the offer but I believe if I had told her my lowest acceptance, she may have been able to get them higher at that point. I could not have been happier the way she worked with me; like a partner that really cared. She covered every possible detail and I could hardly stop her from doing manual tasks to make the place look great. She was ALWAYS working to make things look better.
