Wendy is a "package deal". She managed the entire escrow process ( before and after as well) at a pace to not overwhelm me. As a single senior that paramount for me ( this included two canceled escrows, at the end, which could have been very upsetting because I had been preparing to do all the steps to move and had to cancel all of it twice.) The third escrow was great. She kept me calm. I trusted her. She continued to assist me in how to invest my new profits. I did not purchase a new home. I went to live with my daughter in another town far away. I would depend on this profit, in the future, as my only income. I could always count on Wendy. Wendy would always do "the right thing" and not necessarily the easiest thing." I knew she would do what was in my best interest. I highly recommend Wendy

Wendy is the most trusted and competent realtor one could ever want. I couldn't imagine ever having to work with someone else. I feel very fortunate to have met her.
