Wendy was fantastic to work with- never pushy, but present when we needed her. We were picky, but also not totally sure of what we wanted, and she never seemed impatient or annoyed at the countless houses we toured as we figured it out, but instead asked questions and gave insight. When our offer on a new place was accepted and we had to turn around our house quickly to sell, she was hands on, taking trips to Goodwill for us, connecting us with cleaners, etc. We really appreciated her complimentary hours with a great Marie Kondo method organizer. Our buy was complicated (relocation company, last minute discoveries, etc.) and we appreciated she was capable and knowledgeable with what was thrown at us, but also when she wasn't knowledgeable, she found the answers (we really enjoyed her broker as well, who showed us a few houses when she was out of town) and led us through a really stressful experience with cheer and the sense that our needs were always the most important. When it felt like we might have to go back to the drawing board, she didn't hesitate and jumped on showing the houses we asked to see. We really felt like she cared about us being happy where we ended up and asked a lot of questions to help us define it. We recommend her highly!
