Wonderful home on a quiet cul-de-sac in Avery private neighborhood. The home had everything we needed for relaxing and preparing meals. And the screened porch was divine. Close to Morning Glory Farm, Edgartown and both South and State Beach.
We always come to the Vineyard for two weeks in the fall and have stayed in multiple properties over the last several years. We love the rental options, the very well-maintained and nicely furnished homes and the great website and kind staff. This year the property we rented became unavailable at the last minute due to the need for a last minute repair and Point B staff scrambled quickly to find us a substitute rental which worked out beautifully. The house was beautiful and we enjoyed our stay. I have only a few improvement suggestions. We had trouble finding the house in the dark. It would have been helpful to have a light on somewhere. The lighting in the basement bedroom was extremely dim and the toilet was not flushing well. That’s about it. I will be looking to be credited for the security deposit. Thanks again
