There are not enough stars available to rate Wendy. From my first interaction with Wendy, I felt nothing but good vibes. When we went to look at the first home I shared with her that my grandmother played a major roll in this purchase. Wendy was always keeping me up to date on properties and was always ready to show me homes that I shared with her. I honestly would not have believed that she had any other clients. Wendy checked in with me on a regular basis even providing moral support at times when I was an anxious buyer about to have break down. Wendy kept me motivated. We looked at lots of homes and Wendy knew her stuff. She was able to point out all the flaws to me when I would have been in a dreamland thinking was well with a home. When we found my home, I didn't want to look at it due to it being at the top of my budget and knowing that I would not be able to over bid. I was a little discouraged. Wendy said lets go look anyway. Due to her knowledge of the current market, we went in with a lower bid and got almost what we asked. I will never forget that during my inspection they told us the water was off in the bathroom probably due to a leak. Wendy walked right into the bathroom and turned the water on and sure enough water started leaking. I tell everyone how Wendy dressed in her cute jeans and shoes didn't hesitate to jump behind that toilet. Wendy was able to negotiate getting me some of my closing cost covered after the inspection even after having some of the repairs done. She really is an advocate for her clients. When I got my keys on closing day I could not control my emotions. I heard Wendy say in that moment "Your grandmother is looking down proud, you got your own land". It makes me emotional thinking about it now how she remembered my grandmothers words I shared that first day we met. When we were leaving that day, Wendy gave us the run down on everything there is to possibly know about the area. Wendy is amazing and I'm so blessed to be able to know someone like her. She has not stopped checking on me and my progress even after closing. She even recommended several other services I needed for my home and I am working with anyone she recommends. I look forward to getting to work with Wendy again and I will recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home.
Wendy is absolutely amazing!! She met with us at the drop of the hat, right around Christmas. We were elated to find someone so professional and personable. From start to finish, Wendy was super helpful down to every detail. We were first time home buyers and had NO clue what we were doing, and she was super informative.
