Ward was amazing through the whole buying process. His customer service is excellent and his empathy is extraordinary. I’m happy my fiancé and I had Ward on our side as our realtor. He truly cares and educates his clients to the best of his ability. When unsure Ward is honest and finds the answer for you. Ward made us feel comfortable and would recommend to all our family and friends. Ward is knowledgeable with a combine experience in real estate of 2 plus generations and it truly shows. Thank you, Ward!

We received exceptional service from Ward with Marx-Bensdorf Realtors. Going into finding a house we didn’t know exactly what we wanted. Ward did a wonderful job of patiently giving us plenty of options to look at and explore. All of our tours were setup for us by him and the entire touring process was incredibly painless! We highly recommend this group and especially Ward for all of your Memphis reality needs! Thank you Ward!
