Great service. Wanda was not only professional but also kept me calm and level headed during rough times through the entire process. She kept me well-informed and updating on all issues. She gave great advise during changing issues throughout the process. "She's a keeper "!! True blessing to someone who has never sold a house before. I was truly blessed to have her on my team.

Wanda was great to work with. She made the entire home buying process very easy. Wanda was able to answer all of my questions and quickly get any information I needed while making a decision. I would highly recommend Wanda to anyone who is buying or selling a home.

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Wanda during my home selling process, and I can’t recommend her enough. From start to finish, she was extremely knowledgeable and made sure I fully understood every step along the way. Wanda empowered me to make smart, informed decisions—some of which saved me thousands of dollars! Her guidance was never pushy, always honest, and rooted in experience and integrity. I truly felt like I was in trustworthy hands the entire time. If you’re looking for a realtor who is not only professional but genuinely cares about your best interest, Wanda is the one!

Wanda Walker is a great realtor to work with for your housing needs. She walked me through the process and anytime I had any questions she provided the answers. Also, if I needed help with getting information from the builders, she didn't mind reaching out to assist. She made sure that I received what I asked for and more. I couldn't have asked for a better realtor. If you need a great realtor Wanda Walker is the one to reach out to. I know I will use her again in the future. Thanks for all your help and support!!!!

We had a wonderful experience working with Wanda, especially this being the first time buying a house for us. She was so receptive, patient, always tried to find the best fit for us. It was a one year walk until the house closing but Wanda has been the best- time tested. 😊 I would highly recommend her as a real estate agent.

Wanda Walker is the embodiment of a professional. During her tenure as our realtor, she helped us view a copious amount of homes. Her knowledge & commitment to her work as well as to us being first time home owners was well received. I would recommend anyone who's in the market for a home to utilize her. She made the stressful situation of buying a home very pleasant. Townsend real estate you have a rockstar on your hands!

Our rating for Wanda is "Excellent"! Wanda was our Real-estate agent helping us (me and my wife) to find a home near, but not in, Lumberton, NC. We needed to first sell our property in Pennsylvania and a few days later close on a home in North Carolina. Wanda did two things very effectively: (1) She coordinated with our agent in PA to close on our new NC home 2 days after the sale of our PA home, and (2) she showed us a variety of homes meeting our criteria resulting in the purchase of our retirement dream home in NC. Thank you Wanda, Working with you was terrific! With warm Christian Love, Bill and Robin

Wanda was always wonderful to work with. She went well above and beyond for all the planned and unplanned events in the process. As anyone who has bought or sold property would be aware, you never know what little surprises are around the corner. And Wanda was insightful and responsive every step of the way!
