I was selling a house from out-of-state. Wanda managed things locally and did a fantastic job of it; she was communicative, gave good advice, and acted quickly and with my stipulations in mind. The long distance sale went relatively smoothly. There was one snag (a second lot whose ownership was in question), and she did additional research and made sure the issue was resolved. Thanks to her, the sale went beautifully, and I would work with her again in a heartbeat.
