Wanda is a wonderful listener, advocate, and trusted partner in the home buying process. Her knowledge of the CB/KB markets is invaluable from both a buyer and seller perspective.
Our realtor Wanda Berry was EXCEPTIONAL!!! She was always very helpful, reliable, communicative, and extremely trustworthy. We would work with Wanda and your team again and again as she made, what can at times be stressful, into a great experience for our family!
Wanda helped us navigate the buying process with ease & got us a deal we couldn't have been happier with. Any questions she answered quickly and thoroughly while being a delight to work with! Will definitely recommend friends and family to her in the future!
Wanda Berry was extremely helpful throughout the home buying process. She listened to all of our wants in a house, gathered information on houses based on this, and provided tours and guidance of the houses themselves. Wanda was also there every step of the way from the offer to contract signature to the final closing and made the whole process so much easier. We are so happy with our house purchase and can't thank Wanda enough for all of her help. We would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a house in the greater Wilmington area.
We first met Wanda in 2017 for the purchase of a condo in Carolina Beach. We then purchased a house through her at Kure Beach and most recently a townhouse in Wilmington. She has helped us through 3 purchases and 2 sales. With every transaction, she has been readily available and so knowledgeable about the area and real estate. She will make you a priority and has always been a friend as well as a professional helping us through the purchase and sale of property.
As out of town buyers, Wanda was a pleasure to work with. She was super communicative, helped us pursue multiple options, and guided us the entire way through the process to find a perfect home for our family.
Wanda was amazing!! She treated us like family though the whole building and buying a home process. She recommended great inspectors and mortgage loan officers to help us out. She was there day and night, always answering any little question that came to mind. Would HIGHLY recommend. Will use her for our future purchases!!
