Wally and Patty were fantastic!

Wally Niebling is an excellent agent. He was very responsive. He understood what we were looking for and was patient with us as we worked through the process. He was also prepared to help usher the process along when that was needed. We will highly recommend him to our friends.

Walter is the absolute best and pleasure to work with. It’s no surprise he was referred to me and I will continue to refer him to others. Walter was the shining light that made an otherwise very stressful process given unprecedented market conditions a great experience.

We've come to appreciate just how difficult (especially in terms of high-end vacation property) selling real estate can be. It is more often than not a frustrating, thankless, and massive undertaking. The agent must own a positive outlook 24-7, while following market trends, communicating with sellers/buyers in an expedient fashion, negotiating terms without losing sight of the obligations that come with the job. Walter (Wally) Niebling did it all with flawless professionalism and grace under pressure. He deserves the 5-star rating and likely needs a vacation after this particular sale. Susan & Jim Kenvin

Wally Niebling is an excellent real estate agent. He is knowledgeable, resourceful, patient, and very accessible. He spent many years showing us properties, on and off, not knowing if we'd ever bite the bullet and make a purchase but that didn't phase him. Every time I called about something I saw on Zillow, he immediately made arrangements to see it, any question I had he knew the answer to or would work to find it out. When we were finally ready to make a purchase, he made sure we got exactly what we wanted and helped us navigate through the whole process. We couldn't have done it without him!

Wally is first class all of the way. It was an absolute pleasure working with him throughout the process of our family moving to the Jersey Shore. His knowledge of the each of the local markets was unparalleled and allowed us to considerably narrow down our search to a few prospective homes that fit the criteria that we were looking for which was extremely important, particularly during this COVID pandemic. He made himself available 24x7 and went above and beyond to provide an exceptional level of service. I have already recommended Wally to a colleague of mine and will continue to do so in the years to come.

Wally was excellent.

Wally guided us through the transaction from start to finish. The result we achieved was very good in terms of timing and otherwise. His approach was straightforward and honest. He communicated effectively and efficiently throughout the process and went above and beyond in dealing with service personnel who needed to be engaged to bring the transaction to the finish line. Overall we were very pleased.

I had my house listed for almost a year without an offer in the ballpark of my asking price with another broker. After speaking with Walter Niebling at a local New Years Party and switching the listing to him things started to happen. I live overseas so I couldn't be hands on and Walter took the reigns for me . He helped prepare the house for showing, quickly found two serious buyers, sold the house, dealt with the lawyers and all aspects of the sale and arranged for the contents to be emptied. It was a full service business arrangement that was worth every penny of commission I paid and one I never regretted. Thank you for selling my house.
