I couldn’t have asked for a better experience selling my condo with Walt. From the very beginning, he took charge and made the process smooth and stress-free. Walt connected me with a great painter who completely refreshed the interior and arranged for stunning professional photos that showcased the condo beautifully. Throughout the entire process, Walt and his staff stayed in constant communication so I always knew what was happening. He skillfully negotiated both the home inspection items and the final price, making sure everything stayed on track. Thanks to his expertise and attention to detail, we had a successful settlement — and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. I highly recommend Walt to anyone looking to sell their home!

Walt sold us our house years ago and we used his services to list it this year. We decided to keep the property and rent it out, and he was extremely helpful every step of the way. He was very responsive and he had a great working knowledge of the market. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend his services.

I highly recommend Walt and his team. He made selling our home a great experience start to finish. He is very knowledgeable and professional and easy to work with!

Walt helped us in every facet of selling home. To start, he helped us correctly price the house, then he suggested how to stage it at a low cost. He was excellent at finding, and bringing potential buyers to show the house. He sold the house in a very reasonable time, and very close to the price we wanted. Settlement was also very expedient! He just helped us set up a short sale on a small office.

Walt is a great guy, easy to work with, professional and follows up. You can feel confident with Walts knowledge he will find what you are looking for and get you the best deal possible. All of our family members have had great experience with him. Kristen Shub

Walt Hurtt and his team are pleasing to work with. Walt is very personable and he really took the time to get to know me and my fiancée. Walt really nailed the needs and wants that we wanted in our first home and not to mention he knew a lot about the areas we were looking and where we finally made our purchase. Walt was able to negotiate with the great knowledge trends in the areas markets that eventually lead us to a great deal on our home. Walt really helped take the anxiety out of my first home purchase by being readily available to answer my calls and questions in a swift manner. We highly recommend Walt he will not let you down!

Walt helped us sell our home in a rapidly changing, difficult market.  We had several Open Houses and ended up selling to a family that attended one of the early Open Houses and returned later.  Despite the difficult market, we were able to net a good profit to put on our new home.  Walt offered a one year home warranty that helped to take away the anxiety for our buyers.  Call Walt!

Hi Walt, Kathy and I want to THANK YOU for your realtor services in selling our primary residence. Your professional guidance and efforts were inmeasurable. From the first meeting to final settlement day your communication was both timely and very helpful. Your review of the home, the suggested listing price, and the marketing approach were spot on. We could not be more pleased with your services and we feel like we gained a friend forever. We will be sure to recommend you to friends and family. Please pass our thanks on to the rest of your team as they were also fabulous. Thanks again and continued success in this crazy market.

After deciding to move in July, the first step was to choose a realtor to sell my home. The best decision I could have made was to contact Walt Hurt at Hathaway Berkshire Fox and Roach Realtors. I first used Walt as my realtor in 2007 to sell my home. He did a great job for me then and a great job for me now. He helped me to stage my home and arranged for a painting contractor to come within a week. After the home was listed, Walt guided me through the offers evaluating each one and negotiating the one that was best for me with a price well above asking. Walt is very comfortable to work with and takes the stress out of the process. I highly recommend him.
