Vivian was a proactive bulldog in our home buying process. On one hand she was very patient as my wife and I walkthrough through our first home buying process, and she was very helpful in educating us about every process from negotiations to appraisals to inspections and closing. On the other hand she was very forthright in advocating for us with the seller’s agent, ensuring we received fair terms for our new home even to the point of bringing an independent technical team out to the home to verify compliance with our agreements before closing. So Vivian not only had all the sales duties she also took on the job of keeping the yard up, making sure that furniture promised to others was picked up and all the upkeep on the house.
