Vivian helped me sell a business condo in two weeks that had been sitting on the market for 3 years with two other separate realtors. She is the real deal - caring, smart, efficient, organized, savvy and most importantly for me, actually communicates with you and gives helpful feedback. Thank you Vivian!

We can’t say enough wonderful things about Vivian! She was absolutely amazing to work with while we were searching for our new home. Vivian is so passionate about what she does, and it truly shows in the way she cares about her clients. She took the time to listen to what we were looking for in a home for our family, understood what was important to us, and never gave up until we found the perfect home. She was patient, supportive, knowledgeable, and always made us feel like we were her top priority. We are so grateful to have had Vivian by our side throughout the whole process and couldn’t be happier with the home we found. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home! Thank you, Vivian, for helping us find the perfect place for our family!

We met Vivian at an open house and immediately connected with her and when we went looking for a home, we called her to help us. It was an unusual experience because we were looking during covid. She helped us navigate to process and a few years later she helped us sell that very same home. She was wonderful to work with and if we ever move back to Cochrane she will be the first one we will call.

Highly recommend Vivian for anybody in the market for a new home! As first time home buyers it was important for us to have someone who was thorough, patient, and knowledgeable - and Vivian was just that! We were very happy with our experience working with Vivian, and are incredibly happy with our new home!

Vivian is an amazing realtor, but mainly she is an amazing person. Not only is she kind and thoughtful, she is very hard working and knows the housing market inside and out . She will get you the best bang for the buck and when it comes to selling your home , She goes on a mission and the next thing you know, you have a sale . We used Vivian twice and all I can say is we had fun and , no pressure and we were totally and utterly satisfied both times. . Do yourself a favour and call Vivian Cox . You won’t be disappointed
