Vince was a truly outstanding real estate professional who carefully and clearly guided my wife and I to buying our first home. Vince brings a depth of knowledge, clear communication skills and ensures a positive outcome when dealing with the sellers, mortgage brokers and home inspectors. First  and foremost, Vince was very patient with us, and very understanding of our concerns and uncertainties. Vince's local knowledge proved invaluable when identifying the types of homes and neighborhoods we were interested in, and which did not suit our preference. He asked insightful and revealing questions about why we preferred one property over the other, which quickly allowed us to narrow down our top choices with confidence. We never felt rushed or unsure about the decisions we were making, and Vince stayed in close contact throughout the entire process. Highest marks to Vince Coletti and his team.

Vince was awesome. His attention to detail was great His professionalism in making a sometimes stressful experience easier for everyone was amazing. If you want someone who will work hard for you Vince will.

Vince helped us buy our first house. Choosing Vince as our agent was one of the best decisions of my life. Not only did he make the process as smooth as possible, he made sure that we found a house that would fit the needs of our family. We had a tight budget, so we thought it would be difficult to  find a house. But he was able to find us a home that was out of our price range and he was able to negotiate it down to a price we could afford. He also found us a home in a short amount of time. He is quick to respond to all our questions and he did his best to make our first time home purchase as stress free as possible.

Vince did an amazing job helping us find and purchase our townhome! We had a very difficult criteria to meet in terms of pricing and layout. Nothing on the market fit our search. He called around to other realtors in the area and actually found us a match before it came to market! He was very  pro-active, responsive and patient in explaining to us our options and best steps forward. We wanted a fixer-upper with a lot of potential to be a cozy home. He helped us understand how much the price of renovations would cost so that we fully understood the real price tag of the home. This helped us a lot in our decision making. When we got confused or nervous about any matter, he was amazingly calm in helping us find solutions. I was personally very impressed with how calmly he was able to manage my sporadic emotions in dealing with buying a first house. My husband had bought a condo in the past. In comparison, he said that Vince and his team made the process so much smoother! We would highly recommend Vince!

He was very professional and help me to go through everything . He always answers his phone and any questions i had . It made it very easy for me and i really appreciate his honesty It was a pleasure to work with him

If you’re looking for the ultimate Real Estate professional with integrity and superior knowledge in his field, to find that dream home, or to sell your house, look no further. Vince Coletti was our Real Estate agent that assisted us in buying our house in 2015, and then selling it in 2018 in a  difficult market. He was instrumental in selling our house, without his skill set it would have been difficult in getting the results and price we were looking for. He always kept us in the loop during the selling process, answered all our question/concerns in a timely manner (many of those questions/concerns were answered within minutes) with a successful closure in less than 30 days. Vince is one of the top Real Estate agents in the San Diego county, I would recommend and/or use his services again in a heartbeat.

If you ever need to buy or sell in San Diego, Vince is amazing! He has become a trusted friend of ours. Vince helped us 5 years ago in the purchase of our home in San Diego and has now helped us sell it. Both times were a wonderful experience. He knows the area and the current market extremely  well. He keeps you posted every step of the way throughout the process. He works hard to get you every penny! He works well with the other party's agent, great negotiating skills! Buying and selling is stressful, but Vince made it fast and painless! I would definitely use his expertise in the future and recommend him to friends and family.

We had a great experience with Vince. He was patient with our very specific needs, was thorough and diligent, and had our best interests in mind throughout the process. Will definitely work with him again in the future.

Vince made the process of home buying so much more enjoyable and less stressful than I thought it would be. There are so many reasons you should trust Vince to help buy/sell your home. Here are just a few, he was so quick to respond to my emails and answer any questions I had no matter how silly  they were. He worked extremely well with my lender and they were in constant communication. He picked up the phone no matter the time and if he was busy I received a call back quickly! When I was interested in a property he was out there within a few days taking a tour of the property and allowing me to see it virtually. He is so knowledge about the market and was always honest with me about the price point and value he saw in it. I had such a positive experience that I would be willing to do it again! Thank you Vince for all you did!

Vince made the entire home purchase process stress free and painless. He was very knowledgeable about the area I was looking in and was even familiar with the original builder of this home. Every time I asked Vince a question he responded to me almost immediately. He is energetic and helped to  move the process along quickly. I would recommend Vince to anyone.
