Vicki was very pleasant to work with and always had a positive demeanor. I enjoyed the time we spent during the house hunting phase. Since I am a single home-buyer, I was hoping to get a little more opinionated feedback on homes, list prices, offer prices, etc. I found myself having to just trust in my own gut, when it came to analyzing the value in homes and potential offer prices. I understand that the Florida market is kind of unpredictable, but a little more conclusive feedback/help in making decisions would have been nice (for me). I understand other home buyers may like the more hands-off approach and it's hard for Agents to negotiate the degree of involvement in decision making. My Agent was reluctant to use an Escalation Clause, but in the end, that is what won the bid. Just stay open to it in the future, I guess would be my advice. Overall, it was a good experience working with Vicki.

Vicki was fantastic from the start. She was always available, she listened to my needs and searched accordingly. She has a great personality and was very easy to work with. She also was very adept at negotiating with the listing agent/sellers, etc,.. Additionally, the packages provided by the Keyes company were very helpful in ensuring a smooth transition during closing and moving in. I would definitely work with Vicki and Keyes in the future.
