It's kind of disappointing that he was able to make 10 successful sales and yet no one has reviewed him yet. Victor is a realtor recommended to us by a family member, with whom he has worked before. He came to our house, and inspected it for himself multiple times. He was attentive to ever *single* detail, down to the fact that our house used to be owned by a Boeing engineer who made the original plumbing system with aircraft aluminum that was microthreaded (that has been updated to conventional plumbing material, of course). Today, we was even helping us paint a refurbished section of decking that we had replaced before the sale. Whatever we get out of the sale at this point doesn't matter. Victor is a realtor who will stick by his client's interests every step of the way. If he doesn't know something, he will be on the stop to go find out the right information. Highly recommended. Friendly, clean cut, and hard working in all realms. My family is glad to have him as our teammate.
