If you're looking for a realtor who truly cares about finding you a HOME, not just a house. Victor Correia is your guy. My wife and I thought we had very limited time, due to our landlord selling our apartment that we lived in for over 16 years, raised our 2 children there. It was very frustrating to say the least.. But let me tell you Victor doesn't feed you some B.S. Just to sell you a house.. Victor knew exactly what we wanted, and in alot of houses he would say, straight up "this isn't what you want" before we could. He really did help find everything on our "must have list".The location, attached garage, nice yard, 3 big bedrooms, and of course MY JACUZZI BATHTUB. He knows what I mean...lol.. When it came time to get credits on the house for improvements that the home needed, we were looking for somewhere between 15k-17k. Victor went to bat for us. We ended up going back and forth, but he got us a fair amount. He won't B.S. you. He is a straight shooter and will tell you things, even if you don't want to hear it. Victor is very responsive. I must've called or texted over 1,000 x's(not exaggerating) in the 2-3 months we spent looking. He always made time for me and my 1 million questions. He is very good at what he does. He even called me a week after we moved in, just to check up on us. Trust me... you want Victor in your corner when buying a home. I always say "I KNOW A GUY". Well, now I know another one.
