We are so grateful to Vickie for helping us secure our dream house. Due to her guidance, we were able to convince the seller to accept our offer. She was exceptional at communicating with the seller's agent and persuading them to sell their house to us. She is the best agent we could have hoped for.

Great service

She was extremely professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and an absolute pleasure to work with. She handled everything quickly and thoughtfully, and answered every question I had with care. I’d be happy to work with her again any chance I get!

We have worked with Vickie on multiple transactions over the years and she has helped us close successfully.

Vickie is always a pleasure to work with and we appreciate her dedication and commitment in helping her clients!

I’m very happy and thankfully Vickie Pham

Vickie Pham is the perfect agent for my family. Since our family is from Kansas, we had no experience with the market in California. Vickie did an outstanding amount of work to help us understand all the documents and steps necessary to close on a house. She answered all our questions and looked out for us during the whole process. The house we bought is in Menifee, CA, which is quite a distance from her home, but she still made the drive whenever we needed her to. I'm so impressed by her generosity, dedication, and expertise.

We first met Vickie 8 years ago when we wanted to rent a house from a client of hers. She is always helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Since then she has helped us both buy and sell, and has not disappointed in either. I recommend Vickie to family and friends and will absolutely choose her as my agent again.
