Vicki Vogt sold our house in one day! She is a consummate professional, has a great sense of urgency, utterly prepared and also a joy to work with. I don’t know why anyone would use any other Realtor!

My family and I would like to thank you for your gift of dessert for our Thanksgiving meal. Looking around the table on Thursday, with the sweet faces of our grandchildren there, I reflected on how much this move has changed our family for the better. We appreciate all of your help in finding us a house we love and the new experiences we get to savor. Wishing you a very happy holiday.

My home in Richmond sold for the asking price in four days! Vicki Vogt helped me every step of the way – including finding contractors for repairs and painting as needed to get the house market ready. She offered her experienced advice but also listened to my ideas and we strategized together through the entire process. I can’t thank Vicki enough or recommend her highly enough for anyone wanting to sell their house.

With appreciation of your patience, kindness and professionalism.

Very pleasant to work with. Very responsive. Helpful. Efficient and easy process.

Good afternoon, Vicki. I want the world to know what a wonderful job you did for us as Freda's real estate agent. It was a difficult situation for someone who had been ill for a couple of years. When she passed away in the middle of escrow, you could not be more kind and helpful. While working with a three-hour time difference, because we were on the west coast, you were still available to us no matter the time of day. Watching the property as closely as you did and discovering that the heat was not on likely because the furnace was out of oil saved the day. Attending Freda's funeral was also above and beyond the call of duty. We highly recommend you to anyone looking for a real estate agent in the Richmond Virginia area. We express our deepest gratitude to you for the great service you provided.

It was a pleasure having Vicki Vogt as my realtor. She was always willing to answer questions. She offered and educated me on all I needed to know, even though I was a first-time buyer, it felt like I was a professional because I was clothed in her experiences and expertise. The customer service was awesome, and I always felt I had someone to rely on. Ms. Vogt's services was exceptional and her willingness to be of help to her client is genuine. I wish her the best in her career.

My husband and I were out of state buyers from Dallas, Texas and knew nothing about the area. In addition, we had very specific requirements for what we needed in a house which are not often available in this area. Vicki was very patient with us and sent us listings every day for us to peruse. She let us set our timeline and agenda and never rushed us to make a decision. After a lot of looking, we close on our house next week. We would highly recommend Vicki as a solid and knowledgeable realtor who really knows the area and is low key but very competent.

I wanted to thank you for all your help and dedication in selling my property at 7710 Flannagan Court. I know that it wasn't easy, since I am located outside the U.S and the property wasn't in the best condition. Your direction and professionalism has helped me get a price which was 10 percent over the listed price and you have done it in a very fast time frame. As I mentioned since I live overseas I depended on you to help with all the logistics remotely. You really made it easy for me from understanding how to price the property, helping to find professionals to paint and enhance the property, Negotiating top price for the property and of course helping with all the logistics of closing the deal. I have worked as a Real Estate agent over 25 years ago and experienced people in the field and I can tell you that you are top of the line.
